Booking Sessions - Click on the calendar icon to the right to book sessions. You can book sessions freely, but you will need to contact us to make changes, deletions or cancellations. Times that are on hold are tentative and may be available by request. Please be sure to notate whether it is a recording or mixing session. Please provide all names and phone numbers needed for session in the notes field. This will show up as a pop up menu after it is booked. Anything pertaining to the session that might be important should be included. Below are some suggestions.

Producer:		Name, email, phone, fax
Talent:		Name, email, phone, fax, ISDN 1, ISDN 2

VO Session and Directing Talent - All materials (i.e. scripts, OMF's, Qucktime movies) for a voice over session should be received well in advance of actual record time. All recordings of talent will be via ISDN and upon contnection with talent the producer will be called and patched in to direct the session.

Mix Approval - If you require mix approval before delivery, you can watch and listen to available final mixes. QuickTime and speakers on you computer are required. On approval Promos will be available for ftp download directly into your video non linear system. If there are adjustment needed, to final mix, please email changes including promo name to lsheldon@ipost-inc.com.  It will then be updated and appended with v2, v3, etc.

Listening to mixes - Get some inexpensive computer speakers to put on you computer to listen to the mixes. It is not recommended that you use the internal speaker if your computer has one. A cheap pair for about $30 will give you a great sense of what the project will sound like on air and is a proven good way to listen to mixes. If it sounds good on bad speaker it usually sounds great on good speakers!
